Where is your studio located?
We are located outside of Washington, D.C., in Oakton, Virginia
What is your service area for location work?
We work within the Metropolitan Washington, D.C. area, including D.C., Northern Virginia, Southern Maryland. Our extended service area includes the Mid-Atlantic from Richmond to Philadelphia. Extra travel charges will apply to locations outside a 30 mile radius of Oakton, Virgnia.
When do I pay?
A $100 deposit is due at the time of scheduling to secure your appointment time. This is NON-REFUNDABLE. The remaining balance is due prior to delivery of your final images.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
How do I get my photos?
Our professional editor will email you the finished photos within 48 hours of your session.
Cancellations
You may reschedule your appointment with no penalty 24 hours before the shoot.
If you do not call and do not show up for your appointment, you forfeit your entire payment and/or deposit.
Yes, we shoot at trade fairs!
Trade fairs are our favorite venue. Your products are already there and we can set up after hours to shoot images for your eCommerce sales.
